Resolution

The US economy should be liberated from the governments' lockdowns right away.

For the affirmative:

David R. Henderson is a research fellow with the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He was previously the senior economist for health policy with President Reagan’s Council of Economic Advisers.

For the negative:

Justin Wolfers is a professor of economics and public policy at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan. He also serves as a member of the Congressional Budget Office Panel of Economic Advisers.
